Biografia:

O Slade é uma banda do Reino Unido.

Ela é formada pelo quarteto Noddy Holder (vocals, guitar), Dave Hill (guitar), Jimmy Lea (bass) e Don Powell (drums) marcaram a história do rock a partir de 1966, quando lançaram o single You better Run produzido por Kim Fowley.

Os anos seguinte não trariam nenhuma novidade para os músicos. O cenário não dava espaço para novas bandas com o tipo de som que o Slade fazia e com o visual que tinham seus integrantes.
