The Riverdales é uma banda de Punk Rock Bubblegum de Chigado, Illinois. É um projeto paralelo de dois integrantes da banda Screeching Weasel, o baixista Dan Vapid, e o guitarrista Ben Weasel. A severa influência de Ramones não está escondida. A primeira fase dos Riverdales foi de 1994 a 1997. Eles voltaram em 2003 para gravar um novo álbum, e novamente em 2008 para gravar mais um. Desde então, têm estado ativos. O quinto álbum da banda, Tarantula, lançado em junho de 2010, é foda.
