Richard Ashcroft (11 de setembro de 1971 em Billinge, Wigan, Inglaterra) é um cantor e compositor, famoso por sua atuação no grupo inglês The Verve. Suas canções apresentam influências como o britpop, rock, o soul e música eletrônica. Após o fim do Verve em 1999, Ashcroft começou carreira solo, lançando três álbuns.
