MxPx foi formado em 6 de Julho de 1992 em Bremerton, Washington, EUA. Com Mike Herrera no vocal, baixo, teclado e guitarra (apenas em estúdio), Tom Wisniewski na guitarra e backing vocal (substituindo Andy Husted) e Yuri Ruley na bateria e também backing vocal.
