Biografia:
Mojave 3 é uma banda britânica que consiste em Neil Halstead, Rachel Goswell, Simon Rowe, Alan Forrester, e Ian McCutcheon. Goswell, Halstead e McCutcheon previamente integraram a banda de shoegaze Slowdive.
A banda inicialmente era um trio. Depois que o Slowdive cortou relações com a Creation Record, o trio decidiu direcionar o foco de sua visão musical para um estilo mais country/folk, assinando então com a 4AD Records. Rowe (formador do Chapterhouse) e Forrester se juntaram à banda pouco depois do lançamento de seu primeiro álbum.
