Low key fell in love with this song and needed to play it. Figured since I did the work of
figuring it out I might as well share it. Got this all from watching this video

Meghan does an alternating finger plucking pattern with her thumb catching the bass notes and
index and middle fingers plucking the higher strings for pretty much the whole song
but basic strumming sounds good as well.
It's better if you watch the video for the rhythm.
D/F# chord is actually a Dadd11/F#. She switches between {200033} and {200233}, for the sake of
simplicity I distinguished between them. When Em7 to G/E comes up, she just pulls off of the D
string.
Let me know if I got something wrong. Enjoy!
D/F# - {200233}
Dadd11/F# - {200033}
Em7 - {022033}
G/E - {020033}
Cadd9 - {x32033}
Csus2 - {x30033}
G - {320033}
Gsus2 - {300033}
