Elizabeth Clark Phair, nascida a 7 de Abril de 1967, em New Haven, Connecticut, é uma cantora, compositora e guitarrista norte-americana, nomeada a Grammy por duas vezes.
É principalmente conhecida pelo seu primeiro álbum, Exile In Guyville, lançado em 1993, e que fez dela pioneira do estilo lo-fi e do movimento feminista da década de 90. O álbum viria a ser mais tarde eleito pela Rolling Stone como um dos 500 melhores álbuns de sempre.
