LACONIA ARE A 4 PIECE ALTERNATIVE ROCK BAND BASED IN THE NORTH-EAST OF ENGLAND.
THE BAND HAVE PLAYED THROUGHOUT THE UK AND SUPPORTED SIGNED ARTISTS SUCH AS EASYWORLD, HELL IS FOR HEROES, THE SPILL CANVAS, OCEANSIZE,WEDNESDAY13, WILLIAM CONTROL (AIDEN) AND DETROIT SOCIAL CLUB
ASWELL AS FEATURING IN KERRANG, BIG CHEESE, AND THE THE FLY MAGAZINE, LACONIA WERE ALSO FEATURED ON THE FRONT PAGE OF AMERICAN NEWSPAPER THE CITIZEN.
THE BAND RELEASED THE SELF-FUNDED ‘TRANSMISSION’ EP IN 2007 AND IT QUICKLY BECAME THE BANDS MOST SUCCSESSFUL RELEASE
