Keith Urban é hoje uma das maiores estrelas do country americano, tendo vendido milhões de cópias mundo afora.
É casado com a atriz Nicole Kidman.
Natural da Nova Zelândia, Keith Urban começou a tocar guitarra aos seis anos de idade, na Austrália. O garoto tinha uma habilidade natural. Sua influência musical veio de seu pai, que já ouvia a música country de artistas como Don Williams e Dolly Parton. Urban deu nova dimensão a essas influências quando descobriu guitarristas como Mark Knopfler e Lindsey Buckingham, do Fleetwood Mac.
