Joe Strummer (nascido John Grahan Mellor), (Ankara, Turquia, 21 de Agosto de 1952 — Londres, 22 de Dezembro de 2002) foi um integrante (vocal e guitarra rítmica) da banda The Clash. Antes era integrante da banda The 101ers. Foi ainda membro dos The Mescaleros e (temporariamente) dos The Pogues. Posteriormente participou das bandas The Mescaleros e The Pogues.
Desde os tempos de vocalista no Clash Joe Strummer se declarou um anarquista.
A causa da sua morte foi diagnosticada como defeito cardíaco congênito.
