The VERSE chord pattern is a famliar one - Em G C But the CHORUS embellishment (D9) and the OUTRO run down (G - G/f# -) make it more interesting. The trickiest part is what he is doing with his right hand. He's using a basic 'educated thumb' playing alternate bass note and a middle note for each chord. If you have this technique already then the rest is pretty easy - if not you will need to watch the video carefully and practise what he does. When you listen to the song lots and play along then the pattern will sound easier.
NB: the second chord in the OUTRO is really a G/f# (ie simple G with an F# note on the bottom string) But the Automagic checker doesn't like that notation so I've called it a name that passes the test!!
