Biografia:

Nascido em Montreal em 16/06/52, Gino Vannelli cresceu em uma família encabeçada por um pai cantor de jazz e uma mãe com ouvido privilegiado. Encantado com bateristas de jazz como Joe Morello, Gene Krupa, Ed Thigpen e Elvin Jones, ainda criança Gino estudou bateria e teoria musical por cinco anos.
