Five for Fighting é uma banda originária dos EUA e tem como integrantes John Ondrasik,como guitarrista, pianista além de cantor e compositor da banda acompanhado por Curt Schneider, no baixo, Peter Thorn, na guitarra e Jason Smith, na bateria.
Seu grande sucesso veio no ano de 2001 quando a canção "Superman" foi tocada no seriado "Smallville", fazendo com que o álbum "American Town" recebesse o Disco de Platina nos Estados Unidos. Outro grande sucesso do álbum é a música "Something about You"
