Zayra Alvarez
Zayra Enid Alvarez Dones (born December 11, 1978) is a Puerto Rican born singer & musician, presently based in Texas.
She competed on the CBS show Rockstar: Supernova in 2006, and was the eighth contestant eliminated on August 16. She was known for her controversial outfits that she wore mainly during her performances of "Call Me" and on "867-5309/Jenny". On week 7, Zayra sang her original song Lluvia de Mar and Supernova liked it but still wanted her to sing a rock song.
