Luke Thompson

Luke Thompson is a singer songwriter from New Zealand.

Following the release of ‘the Water EP’ in late 2011 Luke got together with friends, Mark Myers (The Middle East) multi-instrumentalist Tim hart (Boy & Bear) and Stu Larsen, to embark on a new project. Together, with about four microphones and a laptop they recorded a collection of Luke’s songs in a little borrowed space in the Welcome Bay hills. Plagued by power cuts and torrential rain, the boys remained focused and undeterred.
