Here Come the Mummies

Here Come the Mummies is a Funk/R&B band, best known for their live performances, in which band members come onstage dressed in full mummy attire, a concept and look that is similar to the 1990s punk band, The Mummies. However, on their homepage forum, they have addressed the issue, saying, "We are totally ignorant, this is a totally different band. We formed around 2000, and we did not find out about the 90s punk band "The Mummies" until several years later.
