Die Elenden
Die Elenden (german; "the miserables", the wretched") were a rock band from Schwedt, Germany. Their musical style was influenced by punk, ska and folk.
Founded in 1998, the band released two albums, their 2002 debut Bacilly, named after a town in Normandy, and the 2004 follow-up Elend Für Alle.
In 2007 Die Elenden disbanded after playing a farewell-concert in Berlin.
