This is is largely based off version 1 by LYNX-Music, so all credit should really go to them. I simply put the capo on 6 and transposed the chords to be open (and made minor alterations based on the chords Ed typically uses).
I am not sure about the G/F# - it was originally a Bm after transposing, but based on the video and the chords he usually uses I think the G/F# might be what he uses instead. Please feel free to suggest an alternative though, as I am not good at identifying chords by ear.
