Billy Currington nació el 19 de Noviembre de 1973 en Savannah, Georgia. Cuando tenía un año y medio de edad su madre se caso con un hombre cuyo nombre era Larry Currington. La vida no fue fácil durante sus primeros años, pues su padrastro tenia un fuerte problema de adicción al alcohol, lo que causo grandes pleitos en la vida familiar.
Se mudo a Nashville después de la secundaria para seguir una carrera musical, pero su primer trabajo no duro mucho, así que volvió a Georgia, y trabajo cantando en un bar por un tiempo.

So, here's my arrangement for this wonderful song. It is based on another version also found here on this site. But I didn't feel alright with some chords of that version, so I worked it out. NOTE: I saw on youtube that Billy plays the song live with capo on 3rd fret. Therefor you have to transpose everything down 3 half steps. You can get this easily using the transpose-function on the top of this site ;)
