Biografía:
Athlete es una banda inglesa de indie rock ganadora del premio Ivor Novello, procedente de Londres, Reino Unido. Está compuesta por Joel Pott (voz principal y guitarra), Carey Willets (bajo y coros), Stephen Roberts (batería y coros) y Tim Wanstall (teclados y coros). Actualmente, Jonny Pilcher apoya a la banda como guitarrista en vivo.
Amigos desde los 14 años, Athlete tomó las influencias de Grandaddy y The Flaming Lips y empezaron a tocar en el sótano de "El Oso" un bar ubicado en Deptford High Street en 1999.

This is an absolutely awesome song. As soon as I heard it I couldn't get it
out my head. I'm not normally a fan of Athlete either, so this song is
going to make me reevaluate their work. Top marks to them.
