Biografía:
Arch Enemy es una banda de death metal melódico originaria de la ciudad de Halmstad, Suecia.
En sus inicios exploró el death de la vieja escuela, pero sufrió una transformación musical, después del cambio de integrantes que tuvo, y comenzó a hacer un death más melódico, el que hacen actualmente. Sus letras hablan de rebelión y suelen criticar a la sociedad y a la religión. La banda es procedente de Suecia, formada en 1996 por el guitarrista Michael Amott junto al vocalista Johan Liiva.
