This is my first tab, but this is how I play Ocean of Noise,
and it doesn't require a capo. I don't know how to add the option
to show the chords when you hover over each one, so hopefully they
do that for me. Not any complicated ones in this song anyways.
intro
Bm D G A
Verse
Important Note!!
It sounds best when you pluck the low E string on the third fret on
the last strum or two of the A chord. Sort of right after you finish
with the word "...voice". Its probably some sort of chord, but I have
no idea what it is.

In an ocean of Noise, I first heard your voice
Bm D G A
Ringing like a bell, as if I had a choice, oh well

But all the reasons I gave

Myself some time
D G A
In an ocean of Noise, I first heard your voice
Bm D G A
Now who here among us, still believes in choice, Not I
Bm D G A
Bm D G A
No way of knowing, what any man will do

An ocean of violence, between me and you
Chorus:
Bm D G A
You've got your reasons, and me I've got mine
Bm D G
But all the reasons I gave
A Bm A
Were just lies to buy

Myself some time
I'm gonna work it out
