Biografía:
Blossom Dearie (28 abril 1926-07 Febrero 2009), pianista y cantante de jazz estadounidense, excelente especialmente en el estilo "bebop". Conocida por su voz caracteristica, aguda, suave, algo añiñada y su forma de cantar, algo maliciosa y graciosa.
Nació en East Durham, en el estado de Nueva York. Estudió piano clásico de niña antes de acercarse al jazz en su adolescencia. Después del liceo, se muda a Nueva York para enfilar su carrera.
