Noah and the Whale es una banda Twickenham, Londres, Inglaterra formada en el 2006.
La banda está formada por Charlie Fink con la voz y guitarra, Doug Fink en la batería, Tom Hobden al violín y Urby Whale en el bajo, quien se unió después de la grabación de algunos sencillos y el álbum debut "Peaceful, The World Lays Me Dow" en 2008.
Laura Marling y Emmy The Great cantaron en algún momento con la banda y en las grabaciones participaron Jon Carvell en el trombón y Sam Linrade en la trompeta.
