Robert Peter Williams (nacido el 13 de febrero de 1974 en Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Reino Unido) es un cantante británico de música pop y ex miembro del grupo Take That al que abandonó en 1995.
Tras su paso por este grupo se forjó una carrera de solista, siendo Angels , una balada, la canción que le dio éxito. Su primer álbum fue Life Thru A Lens. En el año 2000 grabó "Sing When You're Winning", que contenía "Rock Dj", éxito en varios países, además de otros sencillos como "Better man" o "Road to mandalay".
