Biografía:
Quicksilver Messenger Service fue una de las originales bandas psicodélicas de San Francisco de finales de los 60's. Esencialmente una banda de improvisación, sus primeros albumes y actuaciones en directo constituyeron algunas de las mejores improvisaciones de la época. Fueron populares en el entorno de la bahía y obtuvieron reconocimiento internacional por numerosos devotos del rock psicodélico, pero no consiguieron la publicidad disfrutada por sus contemporáneos de San Francisco, Jefferson Airplane, Grateful Dead, y otros.
