Biografía:
Queens of the Stone Age (también conocidos como QOTSA o, simplemente, Queens) es una banda estadounidense de hard rock originaria de Palm Desert, California. Fue formada en 1997 por Josh Homme, dos años después de la desintegración de Kyuss, su banda anterior y contó con la participación de sus ex compañeros Nick Oliveri y Alfredo Hernández.
La banda ha lanzado cinco álbumes de estudio y tres EP. Al igual que Kyuss, Queens of the Stone Age han sido catalogados dentro del sonido stoner rock, aunque rechazan ese término.
