Sir James Paul McCartney (Liverpool, 18 de Junio de 1942). Cantante y compositor británico que saltó a la fama como miembro del cuarteto legendario "The Beatles". Junto a John Lennon, compañero de The Beatles, formó una de las parejas de compositores más influyentes de la música contemporánea, escribiendo conjuntamente un extenso catálogo de temas archiconocidos.
