Es un compositor y cantante cristiano norteamericano, Pastor y líder de alabanza. Nacido el 4 de Junio de 1962, en Maple Shade Township, New Jersey, USA. Es actualmente Pastor de Adoración en la Comunidad Cristiana de Becarios en Lindale, Texas. Casado con Rita Baloche quien también es compositora.
