Michelle Jacquet DeSevren Branch (Phoenix, Arizona, 2 de julio de 1983) es una cantautora de musica Pop y guitarrista estadounidense. Debutó en 2000 con Broken Bracelet.
Tiene un hermanastro mayor llamado David y una hermana pequeña llamada Nicole. Sus padres la llamaron Michelle por el tema de Los Beatles, tiene ascendencia irlandesa, javanesa, holandesa y francesa.
Empezó a escribir de adolescente. Le regalaron una guitarra en su 14 cumpleaños y después se apuntó a clases de canto.

Hey!!! To all the Michelle Branch fans, don't you know that she's pregnant? Yes It's
true!!!! Her Husband is her bassist in her band and now while her baby hasn't released
yet, she's doing a side project band called THE WRECKERS wit her best friend named
JESSICA HARP and they already did a song called THE GOOD KIND which was also featured
on the soundtrack ONE TREE HILL! THE WRECKERS album will be released expect later
