To make people want to stop this fussing and fighting
F G C
Long enough to sing along.

Music is love and love is music if you know what I mean

Lift your voices to the sky, God loves you when you sing.

Music is the universal language, and love is the key

To peace and hope and understanding, and living in harmony

So take your brother by the hand and come along with me

Find out what it really means to be rich and young and free.
CHORUS:

I - I believe in love
C Dm

I - I believe in love.
CHORUS:
C Dm
I believe in music
F - G C
I - I believe in love
C Dm
I believe in music
F - G C
I - I believe in love.
Either repeat last line and finish or repeat chorus and fade.
This is not exactly the way it is played on the record. An interesting dynamic is to raise the third verse and
chorus by ½ tone, e.g. from C to Db and then to finish with the final (repeat) chorus raised by an additional
tone, e.g. D to E.
It’s a great ‘feel-good’ song which also has a great message. Have fun.
