Biografía:
Local H es una banda de grunge, formada por Scott Lucas (primera voz, guitarra, bajo) y Joe Daniels (batería). Los dos comenzaron a tocar en la escuela secundaria de Illinois en 1987.
Después de intentos fallidos de contratar un bajista, Lucas tomó la decisión de añadir pastillas de bajo a su guitarra eléctrica, lo cual mantienen hasta la actualidad.
