Song: Sharks Can't Sleep Album: The Burdens Of Being Upright Written By: Tracy Bonham Performer: Tracy Bonham Transcibed By: Gina Martinelli Typed By: Peter C. Marinari ([email protected])
This is a pretty accurate version of the song. It works well on acoustic guitar, and I don't know what sorts of effects to use on an electric (other than it seems distorted during the chorus). It was figured out by the marvelous Gina Martinelli after having front row seats for a Tracy Bonham concert (she was watching Tracy's hands very closely).
Note: In the verses you should hold the chord while playing the single strings (in other words, don't just do one string at a time). This will produce the correct ringing sound. I didn't bother to tab out the verses in this version of the file, if you'd prefer to play them from tab go get the .tab version of the file (duh). The following is the pattern the verses always follow: (Standard Tuning: EADGBe) D: D,G,B,G F#: E,A,G,A G: E,A,G,A
