Tommy Tucker (05 de março de 1933 - 22 de janeiro de 1982) [1] foi um blues americano cantor, compositor e pianista. Ele nasceu Robert Higginbotham, a Leroy e Higginbotham Mary, o quinto de onze chidren, em Springfield, Ohio. Ele é mais conhecido pela canção de sucesso de 1964, "Hi Heel Sneakers-", que foi para o # 11 no Hot 100 Billboard, e alcançou a posição # 23 no UK Singles Chart.
