Biografía:
Nació en Lexington, Kentucky el 6 de Febrero de 1993 y la llamaron "Tinashe" Jorgensen, que significa "Dios está con nosotros" en shona , por su abuelo. Pasó sus primeros años en DeKalb, Illinois , como una modelo de bebé, con sus dos hermanos menores, Thulani y Kudzai, pero, a los ocho años se mudó a Los Angeles, Los Angeles. Su padre es de Zimbabwe y su madre es caucásica. Para ella, según dice, la música fue su primer lenguaje. Es cinturón negro en taekwondo, tiene un perro (Jazz) y un gato.
