Biografía:
The Waifs (1992 - presente) son una banda de folk rock de Australia.
Los componentes de la banda son Josh Cunningham (guitarra, vocales), y las hermanas Vikki Thorn (harmonica, guitarra, vocales) y Donna Simpson (guitarra, vocales). En las giras incluyen a Ben Franz (bajo) y David Ross MacDonald (bateria).
En el 2003, su album Up All Night, alcanzó el doble platino en Australia, asi como tambien el puesto número 5 en las listas de popularidad de esa región.
