The Letter Black es una banda de rock cristiano.Originariamente se les conocía como "Breaking the silence".
El grupo se formó en Uniontown, Pennsylvania ien el 2006. la banda consiste de Sarah Anthony (vocales), su esposo Mark Anthony (segunda voz, guitarra), Mat Slagle (batería), y Matt Beal (bajo).
Su sonido es muy similar al de bandas como:Evanescence,We Are the Fallen,Plumb y Barlow Girl.
