Biografía:
Mark Burgess (voz y bajo), Dave Fielding y Reg Smithies (guitarras) y John Lever (batería) fueron uno de los paradigmas de bandas de Post-Punk que merecía más reconocimiento y nunca llegaron a donde les hubiese tocado en un mundo más justo. De aquella época, sólo The Sound les superan en mala suerte y méritos no reconocidos a tiempo.
Originarios de Manchester, después de una cortísima estancia en Epic editaron su primer álbum "Script of the bridge" para el sello indie Statik en 1983.
