Biografía:
Strawberry Switchblade fue una banda de new wave de Glasgow, Escocia, fundado en 1981 por dos mujeres: Rose McDowall y Jill Bryson.
Tenían un peculiar estilo estetico (colores chillones, lunares y una leve influencia geisha).
En 1983 firman con Warner y se trasladan a Londres, donde publican su primer single, Trees and Flowers.
A continuación grabaron Since Yesterday, que alcanzo el puesto 5 en el ranking de Reino Unido, en noviembre de 1984.

great the lyrics were until I had to write them down.
