Some Velvet Mornig es una banda de la escena indie inglesa. Originarios de Londres, Inglaterra, la banda esta conformada por Desmond Lambert en la guitarra, voz y teclados, su hermano Gavin Lambert en el bajo y Rob Flanagan en la bateria. Con influencias como The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Beach Boys, Jeff Buckley, Depeche Mode, Pink Floyd, The Who, The Rolling Stones y U2 entre otros, en 2007 sacaron a la venta su album debut titulado Silence Will Kill You
