Biografía:
Sam Phillips começou sua carreira como vocalista no início dos anos 80, fazendo backing vocals para artistas cristãos como Mark Heard e Randy Stonehill. Algum tempo depois, Phillips assinou um contrato como artista solo com a gravadora Myrrh Records, pela qual gravou quatro álbuns de música pop cristã: Beyond Saturday Night, Dancing With Danger, Black & White In A Grey World e The Turning.
Durante o período na Myrrh, ela se dedicou cada vez mais a compor e teve várias músicas figurando no Top 10 da rádio cristã.

Okay, so the one tricky thing in this song is the opening which goes back and
forth between a C and some kind of crazy diminished chord. I don't know what it
is exactly, but I play it as (low to high) x4301x and have named it a Csus4/C#
below. Sounds close enough to me.
