Biografía:
Rain Parade foi uma banda formada em 1981, Los Angeles, Estados Unidos, que fez parte da cena Paisley Underground.
Foi formada pelos colegas de quarto Matt Piucci (guitarra, vocais) e David Roback (guitarra, vocais), inicialmente chamando-se The Sidewalks. Posteriormente, Steven Roback, irmão de David, entra na banda como baixista, Will Glenn como tecladista e violinista e Eddie Kalwa como baterista. Lançaram independentemente seu primeiro single
