Biografía:
Phyllis Dillon registrados em bruto, duro Kingston, Jamaica, na Duke Reid's Treasure Isle estúdio, mas viveu em Linton, Santa Catarina - considerado o país - no meio da Jamaica. A área, muito longe de Kingston, onde é que ela começou cantando na escola, igreja, e mais tarde com uma banda chamada de vulcanos. A banda crack encontrado emprego em toda a Jamaica. Foi em um show na caçamba de vidro em Kingston onde Dillon capturado ska e Rocksteady sessão guitarrista Lyn Taitt's orelhas quem sugeriu que ela vê Reid.
