Biografía:
Paradise Lost es una banda orginaria de Halifax,UK, formada en el año 1988 perteneciente a los géneros doom/death y gothic metal. Son difíciles de catalogar, ya que han experimentado con su música constantemente; pasando del sonido death/doom de "Gothic" (considerado el primer álbum de este subgénero), al estilo mas comercial de "Believe in nothing" (mas directo, contundente y con elementos electrónicos), para volver a los punteos de guitarra, aspereza y melancolía de "In Requiem".
