Biografía:
Moneen es una banda Indie-Rock de Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Fue formada en 1999 luego de la disolución de otra banda, llamada "Perfectly Normal". El bajista inicial Mark Bowser, fue reemplazado por Chris Slorach, quien dejó la banda luego del lanzamiento de The Theory of Harmonical Value. Erik Hughes quien tocaba el bajo para la banda en su primer tour por Canada comenzó a ser el bajista permanente de la banda.
La banda lanzó sus 2 primeros albumes bajo el sello Smallman Records, para luego partir al sello Vagrant Records.
