Biografía:
Lee Aaron (Karen Lynn Greening, 21 de julio de 1962 en Ontario, Canadá) es una vocalista de Hard Rock y Jazz. Cosechó grandes éxitos como "Metal Queen", "Whatcha Do to my Body", y "Sex with Love". Aaron actualmente se dedica a interpretar el Jazz.
En 1982 lanzó el disco Lee Aaron Project, que la llevó de gira por Europa. En 1983 grabó el exitoso álbum Metal Queen, que fue lanzado en 1984.
Su suceso se centró especialmente en Europa, continente en el que realizó la mayoría de sus presentaciones en los ochentas.
