Es una banda de Denver Colorado (EE.UU.) , está integrada por Wesley Schultz (guitarra), Fraites Jeremiah (batería, percusión, mandolina y voz), Pekarek Neyla (cello, mandolina, piano y voz).
Wesley Schultz y Fraites Jeremiah comenzaron a escribir canciones juntos en el 2005 en New York y más tarde se mudaron a Denver (Colorado), donde se reunieron con Pekarek después de publicar un anuncio en Craigslist para un violonchelista. En el
