Biografía:
Este grupo se formó a principios de la decada de 1990 en la ciudad de San Diego, Estados Unidos. Enmarcados en la tendencia Grunge, fueron contemporáneos de Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Alice in chains, Soundgarden y Faith No More, entre otros. A pesar de sufrir notorias acusaciones de copiar el estilo de otros grupos (sobre todo a Pearl Jam), gracias a su single "Plush" Stone Temple Pilots sobrevive a las feroces críticas y escribe su particular página
