Stephen Fretwell (nacido el 10 de noviembre de1981 en Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire) es un cantautor inglés.
Fretwell es un gran fan de las bandas de Brit-pop de la época, como Oasis, Blur, Radiohead y Suede. Durante ese período, formó una banda, con el fin de demostrar su talento a un público más amplio.
Es conocido por sus sombrías letras y grave y profunda voz. Sus principales influencias son artistas como Bob Dylan. Sus canciones se han derivado del trabajo de Dylan, y aprendió a tocar la guitarra tocando las canciones de Dylan.
