Sleater-Kinney (1994 - presente) es una banda de rock alternativo formada en Olympia (Washington, EEUU), pieza clave en las escenas punk y riot grrrl de Washington.
Su nombre viene de la calle Sleater-Kinney, en Lacey (cerca de Olympia), donde se encontraba uno de sus primeros locales de ensayo.
Los críticos Greil Marcus y Robert Christgau han elogiado a Sleater-Kinney como uno de los grupos de rock esenciales de principios de la década de 2000.
